Suggestion: allow terminals to be launched with specific profiles.

For example, type 'term' to activate the terminal plugin, TAB and start typing the profile name. Frequently used profiles would be at the top of the list.

Keep terminals alive

My terminal sessions usually consist of more than one command; I'd like the option to keep my window alive after executing them.
