Need some help with this. The contacts come up - but i can't email them. I have tried to change the client, but nothing seems to work.

Lots of traffic

How can i set frequency of updates ? Default generates about 200mb of traffic per day (1-2mb per update) (i have 524 contact in google mail)

feature idea

It would be fun to have the pictures of the contacts come up. I may try to code this up, if it hasn't been implemented.
