GNOME Do, as the name suggests, is developed and chiefly used on GNOME. However, it works just as well on KDE, and even has a theme to go with the default KDE style.
If the default theme disagrees with your aesthetic tastes, you can enable the KDE styled one by selecting the Glass Frame theme in the Appearance tab of the Preferences window.
Unfortunately, there appear to be some bugs with Do not using the applied KDE icon theme. The developers (and the head of the project), have been notified, and a fix is in the works.
Some KDE users have reported a bug (particularly in KDE 4) where Do stops appearing above their other windows like it is supposed to. Do user Killerah has posted a fix on Launchpad, transcribed here:
